Job Site Delivery
Sheet lengths for job site delivery should not exceed thirty feet. Deliveries are made to the job site and placed within reason as specified by the client. This will depend on the accessibility of our vehicles and with due respect and concern for the customer's property.
TerraStar Building Products personnel cannot direct material into a building or onto a roof, as hydro wires and overhead objects may present unloading issues.
Job site directions must be clearly stated at the time of order. Faxed copies are preferred, detailing telephone numbers and comprehensive address information.
